Through the Academy's Professional Recognition scheme you can become an Associate, Fellow or Senior Fellow of the Academy. This is a portable asset that gives public recognition of your expertise and commitment to the student learning experience.

NTFS
The National Teaching Fellowship Scheme (NTFS) is applicable to those working in England and Northern Ireland. It is funded by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), and the Department for Employment and Learning in Northern Ireland (DEL NI) and administered by the Academy on their behalf.
It currently has two separate strands: Individual Awards and Projects, with total funding per year of £2.5 million.
Volunteering awards
The Higher Education Volunteering Awards reward and give national recognition to exemplary volunteering activities.
